Questra Immigration CONSULTATION POLICY

We encourage you have read our consultation policy before booking an appointment with a Registered Migration Agent. Included is our policy on cancellations, refunds and lateness/absence.

We offer face-to-face consultations and via skype or phone.

After your initial consultation we provide you with a migration plan which outlines:

• Your visa options and pathways which are available to you
• Advantages, disadvantages and risks with each option
• Provide you with clear and concise advice regarding your visa eligibility applying your individual circumstances
• The main stages in the application process and estimated timeframes
• Fixed quotes for each option (which includes our services and government application fees)

Required Information (recommended)

It will be best if you provide us with information on your background before your consultation. These are usually for individual cases:

• Your CV and date of birth
• Your most recent Australian visa grant notification (if applicable)
• Advise whether you or any other person included in your application has any health or character issues
• English test scores in each band (if applicable)
• A short summary of your situation including your visa history in Australia (if applicable)

For Partner visa cases we usually ask for:

• Details about your partner. For example:
  • Is your partner an Australian citizen or permanent resident?
  • Are you married?
  • How long have you lived together?
  • Has your partner ever sponsored or been sponsored for a visa to Australia?
  • Nature of your relationship
  • Advise whether you or any other person included in your application has any health or character issues

Payment
Payment is made immediately upon booking a consultation through our online form. All payment is handled securely through Stripe.

Rescheduling
With notice of 12 hours or more, you will be able to reschedule your consultation through our online booking system. With less than 12 hours notice, you will not be able to reschedule your appointment.

Cancellations
Cancellations incur a $50 administration fee.

Lateness and No Shows
In the event that you are late to your appointment, we do not guarantee that you will receive the full duration of your consultation. If you miss your appointment, we will not issue a refund. For a new consultation you would have pay in full again.
